Ok first off if this is a professional website for a business why you going to one place for hosting and another for the name, i notice the free on the webs site, hopefully your not using that as they wont support you very well, business level support does not come for free! you shoudl at least go for their cheapest and i have to say pretty basic package to make sure they care if the site is up or not.
As for the domain thats actually simple, on webs when you look at the site you have created you have the address at the top copy this, go to 123reg, sign into the customer panel, go to your domain and select manage forwarding, simly paste this address into the forwarding field on 123 and save it, now when someone enters your address they get redirected to the webs page!
The proper way to do this for most, is to buy hosting and a domain from the same place, 123 can do this but arent ideal, that way your site and domain are tied together with no problems, plus if you need help or support on either the one company can assist you.
