how do those from universities check my grades if they are right?
i am applying to universities now, and thought about the process of checking the grades. how do they check them if they are really mine? do they contact minister of education?
p.s. I am from Moldova. want to apply in Europe, especially Germany.

I don't know how Germany does it, but I will tell you how we do it in the US. You have your school send a certified transcript to an evaluation service (WES is a common one.) That service looks at your transcript, makes sure it is official, and then translates it into English and converts the grades into a grading system equivalent to the usual US grades.
Check with the school in Germany about their process, but I suspect that it will be similar.

I can't tell you exactly how they do it in Germany but for me when I applied for a boarding school in UK they sent an form to my school in my home country where they had to answer question and send a translated version of my grades. This was for the last two years of high school but I guess it will be something similar.
