My Gifs on photoshop will not work in the web..?

I toke 4 pictures and when through the animation process of putting them in frame by frame in the animation window and I saved it for "Web & Device" as a gif. Then when i tried to post the picture on tumblr it would only show one picture. Anyone know the problem?

    Check your GIF file actually works.

    If you double click on it then it should open in a browser and animate.

    might be too large either with dimensions and/or filesize. Tumblr has restrictions on those things where animated gifs are concerned.
