no not in bridgeport. i've never even seen a regular horse walking around in bridgeport, which is good, because it'd be weird if you did!
but they are always in sunset valley & twinbrook, (i haven't lived in applewhatever yet) i seem them like every night in sunset..

Unicorns spawn near fishing spots, so you'd have to put one in. There are no wild horses though. And finding a unicorn is really hard in Bridgeport because it's a city.
