Auto/Pedestrian accident, Advice.?

I was struck by a company truck in a gas station parking lot. I re injured a pre existing, well documented, back condition. Their insurance has accepted liability. What can I expect as a settlement?

    You did not win the LOTTERY you will receive a payment for your additional injury and so on. Recommend you get an attorney to look after YOUR interests the other guys insurance is not YOUR buddy they will try to settle for as little and as fast as possible. Before getting too excited about insurance payout factor in how long to get payment what portion the lawyer gets and how much you will actually be getting for your injury.

    Get a lawyer since will get complicated due to preexisting condition.
