When can a baby use a jumperoo?

My daughter is 3 months old, but holds her head up well. Is she too young for a jumperoo? I know that my other daughter used it at 4 months.

I'm guessing 3 months is going to be too short to touch the floor with her feet. Hold her under her arms and bounce her if her head stays held up well and not flops all over then she should be okay, but I'd wait another month personally.

If she can hold her head up, I'd go ahead and try it. All children are different. Mine began using it between 3-5 months, as they were all different with their development.
