Havent been swimming in a week and 5 days?
Normally I would swim 6 times a week. However last week I only swam once through illness and the Xmas holidays. This week there are only two sessions because o the Xmas holidays and I cant go to them as my parents wouldn't take me to the one on Wednesday morning and I was throwing up all day to day so I can't go tommorow morning either. So i wont be able to go until next Tuesday.
How much do you think this will have affected my stamina?? And how long will it take to get back to full fitness.

It should only take you four or five days of regular practicing to get back to where you were before. After you practice once your arms will be really sore the next day, but push through it and don't go for an easy work out or it will take longer for you to get back to normal.
