Problem with Elsword?
I can't access RIchie's mine and thats the quest I'm supposed to be completing. Is it outside my level range or something? I'm a level 28 right now.

Hmmm I know that each dungeon and setting have thier own lvl paramaters but I dont know the speifics off the top of my head. I do know though that that area spits off and sends you into another zone (Feilta) for a bit before continuing. Check the wiki, its back up.
