This depends on the rest of your team and though i like Teague's value more than most people, he won't get you the 12+ points on a game to game basis that Hill could later this season but you can write him up for 4 assists and 3 rebounds a game that Hill doesn't look like he can get. Teague is definitely the better value here so this would be a good pick up.

Yea i guess so. Collison is the starter so if teague is the best available pg go for it.
