tumblr HELP ME what's this ****?

I made an account on tumblr... and I spent like an hour clicking.. and clicking.. I didn't even know what I was doing!! what the hell is that?! what am I suppose to do?! I used a fake e-mail and I put the first thing that came to my head in the username...this was just to try out.. can someone please help me?! give me your twitter or your mail so we can talk directly.. or so can DM -on twitter- I'M STRESSED OUT!!! .. or just tell me what to do!! oh.. I don't know.. this is too complicated to me.. maybe tumblr isn't for me... =I
