Can wife of US Green Card holder get a student visa?

I am a Green Card Holder (PR) of USA. I have not yet married. But if I marry from India and she wishes to compete MS from USA, can she get a student visa for doing MS or MBA from USA. Can I also register her name for Green Card at the same time under my sponsorship as she is my wife? If student visa is not eligible, can I get H1B visa for her and bring her to USA for an IT related job? Will the Immigration Dept. make any objection for violating any of the immigration rules of USA at any point of time in any situation mentioned above. Please answer quickly as I have to take a decision.

Student visa: no. You have to prove that you have no intent to immigrate in order to get a student visa. Being married to a green card holder makes that pretty unbelievable. Having an immigrant petition pending makes it completely untrue.

H1B: No, you can not get her an H1B. Her employer has to. That just isn't going to happen, if she doesn't already have an MS or PhD in CS or Engineering. And with 30 million unemployed Americans, you seriously think we don't have enough IT people?

You are going to have to wait in line like everyone else. You wife can join you in about 4 years.

Not likely she could get a student visa. Intending immigrants are not eligible for them. If she had H-1 approval, a visa could be issued as this status does not require intention to return. After marriage the procedure to obtain an immigrant visa for her is to file petition form

I-130 (see uscis.gov) upon your return to the US.

The man usually makes the first move. Even if she’s interested in you, the most she’s likely to do is to stand near you or make eye contact a couple times to encourage you to approach her. Read here http://attractanywoman.emuy.info/?Gu9J

Once you see her, don’t hesitate. 10 minutes from now she might not be there or another guy might have beaten you to the punch. Plus, women can tell when you’re working up the courage to approach. Shyness might be endearing in movies and romance novels, but it doesn’t work in the real world. Approach right away, even if you don’t know what you’re going to say

We don't HAVE any jobs, what are you thinking? Even our crummy illegals can't find a job. If you can't find a job picking apples, just how do you think you'll find a job in a higher level?
