Would this make a good story?

SO in science class my teacher was saying that if we ( the human race) found a way to travel to space at the speed of light time would change for the traveler and when he came back from space he would be a lot younger than the people the same age as him so basically aging went by a lot slower ( if that makes sense)

and my story would be about the space traveler. in america in the 60's because that's when everyone was crazy about space and stuff sorry it seemed really interesting and beautiful and romantic to me and yeah

I actually really like that idea. I'd love to read something like it, but it'd really depend on how the whole story is made up. I'm not sure if I'd be a fan if it was mainly a romance, like if the space traveller had a woman on Earth and she'd be waiting for him to come home. It's a romantic idea, but it's just always been my personal preference to keep romance as a sub-plot.

But remember, that's just me. You might like that sort of thing, and I know there's tons of others who do.

Go for it! Good luck and good writing. :)

Actually for me it doesn't make sense. My logic think so. But for a story, it makes up a great plot. Such a fantasy!
