Cant remember name of old Sega game?

I have been looking everywhere for this old game my friend and I used to play, I think on Sega? I'm not entirely sure. But it had 2 cartoon characters, one was skinny (dont remember what he really looked like) and one was fat, kind of reminded me of Pumba from Lion King. The only levels I remember from the entire game were trying to get through a freezer or ice box, and one level where lawn-mowers try to run you over.

I know thats barely any information to go by, but its been driving me crazy! I've looked all over the internet to try to find it. Chances are its for another system like nintendo. All I remember is that its an old school game. Any information is great :)
