Juma Prayer how many Rakats? What is the Sunnah of Rasulullah?

Question

In Turkey and bangali people which i pray with in bangali mosque  people pray 4 sunnah + 2 fard with jama'at ( everybody together) than + 4 sunnah = 10 Rakats 

but Egyptian and Algerian brother told me 2 fard with jama'at + 2 (or 4 not sure) Sunnat
also 2 rakat you can pray when you get home?

Can you explain which way is correct what prophet sav use to do?

both way is right if u pray sunnah prayer at home or masjed both r correct bt prophet pbuh often prayed sunnah rakats at home 
and yah friday prayer is 2 rakat and its seqence is:
4 sunnah
2 fard
4 sunnah 
2 sunnah
total 12 rakah
(  u can pray sunnah either in masjed or at home )

Because they believe in different schools of thought. To
me what Egyptians and Algerians do is closer to the sunnah
of prophet Muhammad. But all four schools of fiqh, plus
fiqh Jafaria and Salafis are equally correct, so you can choose
any of these, opinions.

2 fard in Jama'a. Then two sunnah after it by yourself. Also two sunnah after the Adhan has been said. And two sunnah when you come in to the Mosque. But the sunnahs you dont have to do.

However. I know people do pray different way. I am not sure, how you guys do it. Ask a Imam, I am sure they could help you.
