Would it be offensive to go to a japanese market looking for egg roll wraps?

Are egg rolls just a Chinese thing?

Update:

I can not find these at any stores around HERE (Northern Kentucky) I've looked at Kroger, Meijer and even though I think it is hell on earth, I even went to wal-mart. No luck.
