How can I sell a digital film to TV channels?

I have produced a digital film which I need to sell now to a TV channel, but I don't know if there is a TV channel who is specialized in this or if there is any other suggestions so people can watch the film and I get some money to cover what I had spent

Basically, you're asking how to market your film through various forms of distribution. There are several ways to do this; here are a few examples:

    - TV Self-Distribution. You can go door to door asking TV stations to buy your film. This is highly unlikely to happen since most stations produce their own or have deals with production companies already. You can however check to see if you have a local broadcasting station in your town and see if they're interested in broadcasting your film. These never pay though.

    - Theatrical Self-Distribution. Often theaters, especially locally owned ones, will be willing to show your film at their theater for a cut of the total amount of tickets sold and / or a fee. If you go with theatrical distribution though, you have to market it to everyone you know and find ways to get people you don't know to be interested in attending the showing.

    - Service Field Distribution. There are distribution companies that do all of the work for you. They'll either find ways to get your film to be distributed directly to DVD or theaters and whatnot; however, they often will only distribute films that they know they too can make a profit off of.

    - Video on Demand (VoD). You can try to strike a deal with VoD companies like Netflix, Time Warner, comcast and such so that they will provide your film in their VoD catalog that people in their own homes can order. This also requires various forms of marketing to ensure that people order and watch your film.

There are several other ways to distribute your film and sub-categories to the ones that I mentioned above. Basically, you either have to do the leg work yourself or incorporate marketing and distribution companies. There are even websites and VoD players that you can use to embed your film on your own website and charge people to watch. Websites like YouTube, Hulu, and Amazon also offer space to you to broadcast your film and charge people to watch.
