Can I sell my Mac Box Set?

I have a Mac Box Set with Snow Leopard, iWork 09, and iLife 09. Could i sell this on eBay? is it illegal to resale used software?

    What is a Mac Box Set?

    Maybe the Snow Leopard, iWork and iLife but only if you uninstall/delete them from your computer and never use them again!

    You cannot sell them if you are using the software!
