Can we have an honest discussion about the struggles of the black community? ?
Incarceration rate, drugs, murder, education...the issues are big, and not improving.
10 points to the person that hits on the reason(s) why.
*Racist comments will not get BA. It's not simply due to color of skin.
*Socioeconomics will not receive BA, because it's a PC oversimplification of the issue. The poorest counties in the country are in ND, SD, TX, etc. And have nowhere near the crime rate.
So what's the big issue, and potential solutions?

On this site, an honest discussion like that would result in being referred to as raaaaaaaacists!
Here is an excellent site that discusses pretty much what you're pointing out, the reasons why and even gives some solutions. If I go any further, I'll get 'branded'. HA!

being a trained demographic. no compensation is needed to have blacks vote democrat. they vote skin color as bullets kill their kids in their beds at night. the black family was the design for welfare(reparations). when all blacks stopped working to party on welfare, the rules were changed to eliminate the father. when kids are raised by government and media you get the situation you have in these democrat districts.
