Is it possible to find the exact midpoint of the line A(4,8) and B(6,0) without measuring? When you use the Pythagorean theorem, it come outs out the square route of 68.

Don't know why you'd want to use the Pythagorean theorem. The midpoint of any line segment is just the average or mean of the endpoint values:

    Midpoint of AB = ( (4+6)/2 , (8+0)/2 ) = (5, 4)

sqrt (68) is the lenght of ur line segment

    the midpoint is 1/2(4+6, 8+0)= (5,4)
