Can you buy additional clothes in Sims 3?
I have downloaded additional clothes, but can't figure out how to access them. Will I only see them when I create a Sim?

You will see them in create a sim but also if you get your sim to go to the wardrobe/drawers then plan outfit they will come up there too :)

When you launch the game you'll have to go to the "Installed Content" option and click on it. It's on the side. Press select all OR you can check the ones you want to install. There will be an install option at the bottom press on that & it will start installing. You can always buy additional clothes on the Sims 3 store and also get some for free.

You can't buy new clothes in the actual game. You just go to the dresser and pick a new outfit.

Go to the dresser and click plan outfit...Now you can add up to 2 other outfits in each category.
