Shakespeare and His Friends (Rarity?)?

I have a engraving of "Shakespeare and His Friends". I can barely make it out but it says "published exclusively for the members of the cosmopolitan..."(can't make out the rest).

Here's what it looks like. Mine has a few tears and the age can certainly be seen.

Update:

There are question marks at the end of questions....it clearly says "rarity?"

Is there a question in there somewhere? Do you wish to know the value or the rarity or what.
