Why would my car CD player do this?

it plays my older cd's just fine. But, I just bought 2 new cd's ( big name brands, but different ones) and they do not play properly. The first couple of selections are ok, then the player says "disc error" or "error reading disc"...or it just goes nuts and plays the cd very fast or it jumps all over the place. Only happens with the 2 new cd's. Thanks.

Sounds like the CD is in a format that the disk reader can't properly read. Try copying the songs with Windows Media Player and then burn them onto a disk using the "Audio CD" setting. Then it should work just fine. If the disks are copy protected, then you should use a different program to do this, such as Free Studio by DVD Video Soft. Hope this helps!

I even have this issue too, if i circulate away it some days it familiar spits it out at last. I even have been cautioned that employing copied CD'S can harm, and that why the reader fails. the guy on the keep advised me to scrub the participant head once I can next get at it, as this could help. He stated the subject cant truly be fastened totally, a clean cd participant is the only different determination
