Is this sentence grammatically incorrect?

My friend told me so, but I have doubts:

What is wrong with this sentence? <-- This sentence.

He said that the word, "with" shouldn't be used in this sentence and should rather be replaced with, "about" or rewritten completely to, "Which part of this sentence is incorrect?"

Is the original sentence grammatically correct though?
