Does anyone know why Carol Buckley was fired from the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee?

And why they won't let her see Tarra? Especially after Bella's death?

According to WSMV-TV, "... the sanctuary fired co-founder and former CEO Carol Buckley, saying she created a hostile work environment and was lax about workers' health at the site."
Another story says Buckley is suing for $500,000.
