There's several ways in Photoshop - as there always are in the program.
Image > Mode > Grayscale
Image > Adjustments > Black & White...
Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation
Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
Image > Adjustments > Channel Mixer...

In the right side of photoshop window u will see a Adjustment panel. If it is not there just click on window menu then u see a list of option just click on Adjustment then u will see it right side of photoshop window. Under the Adjustment panel you will found some icons just point any panel and you will see their name go to icon that appear that name black and white just click on it and your picture will be black and white.
