How to make Peanut Sauce?
I am trying to make Peanut Sauce for my Thai Fresh Rolls. But the problem is I do not want to use peanut butter, rather peanut bits resting in the mixture. I also prefer it watery. I don't like it thicker. Can I get some help on how to make it the way I like? I can't find a recipe online for what I like. I want serious answers please. Thank you =)

Easy Thai Peanut Sauce 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp lime juice 2 cloves garlic, minced and crushed 2 tbsp rice vinegar Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat (mixture will become easy to combine as peanut butter melts). Continue stirring over low heat until ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth and creamy. This recipe is perfect as it is, but you may want to thin it out a bit with more water, depending on what you're using it for

Ingredients
* 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon white sugar
* 2 drops hot pepper sauce
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup water
In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, hot pepper sauce and garlic until well mixed. Gradually stir in water until texture is smooth and creamy.

You'll use peanut butter as a base regardless - if you like the crunch start with chunky peanut butter and add extra peanuts (toasted).
I don't really have a recipe - I just add things until I like the taste/consistency. I typically add olive oil, rice wine vinegar, hot pepper flakes and a touch of sesame oil until it tastes right. If I want it a bit on the sweet side I toss in a bit of mirin. You could also use weak chicken stock or water to thin it out.

Take chunky peanut butter and throw in some crushed peanuts. Next pour a little bit of water with the peanut butter and mix them up. There you have it, watery peanut sauce with peanut bits.
