How to get this girl to txt me?

Text her first. She'll know that you care about her. She's probably just shy, who knows if she likes you. But the only way to find out is that you text her. Start like that, because it's easier than face to face.

You have to be the first to text her! She wants to know if you're really interested, and not just some hormone driven guy. Definitely text her first, but don't open the conversation with a statement like, 'hey, gorgeous, how are you?' Take it easy, and replace the adjective with her name. Good luck and go for it!

guys are ALWAYS supposed to text first. why didn't you ask her for HER number? ask her the next time you see her.

why dont you try texting her first? you can always start with a silly question and then form a conversation from it

Because you're the one that has to text first! If you don't have her number, ask for it. If she doesn't give it to you, she's not interested.
