if I walked into wal-mart with A horse?

since dogs are allowed in walmart (if you have some tip of sickness that needs the dog to help you with but you cant be asked by law) if I walk into walmart with a horse do you think any employe would say anything

    If it was one of those guide mini horses for a blind person, you might get some weird looks, but if it was a horse, like a normal big one, you'd probably get kicked out. The horse would probably break his legs too on the linoleum, hooves+slippery surfaces=disaster.

    Yeah they would probably say something unless it's a service horse...

    If your horse (I'm guessing it's a miniature) has a recognisable tag of some sorts that distinguishes it as a service animal, then yes. Many people have started using miniature horses as service animals in place of dogs. Although, it may depend on the specific store, but generally, yes. You should be able to bring him/her into the store.

    only service dogs/animals are allowed in most stores, including walmart. unless its a service horse(which i have seen here), you cant take it in.

    The word is spelled 'type' and of course someone would say something. A seeing eye horse? I don't think so. There are health codes for retail stores, especially ones that serve food.
