Yugioh dueling question?
So i was dueling this kid and the only reason why i lost was because all he uses are what i call "cheap cards". Every time i summon a monster, trap hole or solemn warning or bottomless trap hole. When i finally launch an attack, its either sakuretsu, dimension prison, widespread ruins, etc. And when i use up my hand because i swarmed, a torrential tribute hits me or mirror force. I just get angry when people win just by using cards like that. So i dueled him again and i jammed in all 3 of my royal decrees from my side deck and he sits there like f**k. So im gonna ask you, how do u deal with this situation without using royal decree. Beginners just doesnt know how to create good combos so they rely on those cards. (Im not saying i can create a good combo tho.)

Try adding cards like Heavy Storm and Mystical Space Typhoon in your deck. Counter cards could help too such as Solemn, Magic Drain, or even Dark Bribe combined with Appropriate could help.
For the Dimensional Prisons and Bottomless Trap Holes, you could use Imperial Iron Wall.
Anything else for destruction would rely on Starlight Road or Stardust Dragon.
Light and Darkness Dragon is always an interesting option though I wouldn't use it unless you're running a Disaster Dragon deck.
Lastly, you can just swarm even faster and take out your opponent.

You need cards that let you control the situation. You could:
1. Try getting rid of you opponent's cards with cards like "Mystical Space Typhoon", "Dust Tornado", or "Heavy Storm"
2. Negate the activation of your opponent's traps with cards like "Dark Bribe", "Trap Jammer", or "Seven Tools of the Bandit"
3. Use monsters that can prevent traps from being activated, like "Jinzo", "Naturia Barkion", or "Sorcerer of Dark Magic"
4. Use cards to prevent your opponent from Setting their cards with cards like "Dark Simorgh" or "Searchlightman"
