I am sure she grabbed him... he did not initiate the kiss he should not be reprimanded by any means.

No way should be he reprimanded. Sorry but if Jenny Mccarthy goes to kiss you, there's pretty much nothing you can do except go with it. Say what your want but she's a gorgeous woman. By the time you realize what happened you'd realize you just woke up out of the temporary trans she put you in. Good for him, I'm insanely jealous! Always loved Jenny McCarthy - particularly because of this type of antics. Totally awesome!

Well that police officer has probably been there all day doing his job and after he got done kissing Jenny McCarthy he went back to work and did what he had to do. I'm sure that Jenny McCarthy has asked him and told him that she doesn't have a New Years midnight kiss. If he were to kiss Jenny McCarthy without her accepting or asking him then she could of pressed charges or got him arrested. You don't usually see a celebrity kissing a random person especially someone as popular as Jenny McCarthy so it was kinda weird.. I didn't see that one coming lol.

You Americans are so burdened with certain things.Why would the kiss be a crime, ok he is on duty, but it's about five seconds of kissing ,and second, she grabbed him , he did not grab her.

If anyone is to blame, then you should not blame her, but in my opinion is no one to blame.

Wow, really? Actually thought he was her BF. Well, all I know is I was involved with an LAPD officer and they have strict rules about PDA's when their officers are out in uniform....i can only imagine with the NYPD. I'm out in Cali and when they aired the special, ABC/the show muted the part where he states his name after JM asked. Hmm.

He should get a month off with pay, get to spend a night at the playboy mansion and have Hefner ask him for his autograph.

first of all hes albanian and not italian american. Second of all its jenny mccarthy once in a life time thing, he shouldnt be reprimanded for that.
