Not very well, but it would run... The 7600GT is equivalent to the GeForce 9500GT so it's below the minimum requirement. It would work if your monitor was really low resolution like 1024x768.
The 7600GT is slower than the bottom card on this chart (Radeon HD 6450) so it wouldn't even manage 25fps at 1280x1024:

Yes it will run but you will only get around 20 FPS max on lowest setting and maybe some spikes. If you have at least 3 gb of ram and a dual core processor running @ 3.0GHZ that is, if you have something worse you will get less FPS.
