Ho do I increase the Idle Speed in my 97x?
OnStar keeps sending me messages about low idle speed. How do I increase it when it has no accelerator cable?

You don't need to increase the speed setting, but end what slowed it down.
In this case it is likely to be PCV foam clogging up the throttle body and air mass sensor.
The link says to spray with carb cleaner, but I suggest taking it off first, so that the carb cleaner does not go down through the engine.
The accelerator cable never has anything to do with idle adjustment on any car.
Even with a carbureter, you adjust the butterfly or idle bypass, not the accelerator cable.

It would probably have to be tuned by a professional, likely at the dealership.
