We have been friends for about a year. Last month we began to talk every day! Then suddenly he basically stopped talking to me. It didn't make sense. We talked once in awhile for a few weeks, then a couple weeks ago I told him I had feelings for him, to which he said we should date! We still don't really talk though, and every time I have asked him to hang out he has either claimed to have been busy or sick or just not up to it. What is happening?
