Should Asian nations like China and Japan be more diverse?

I understand China, and Japan even more so, is nearly all ethnic people of those nations. I heard that particularly Japan doesn't welcome an influx of foreign races. Should China and Japan welcome a flood of Africans and Europeans so they would be more diverse?

Update:

I consider China and India to be empires not actually single countries. I know both are a collection of "nationalities" put together by emperors. I understand China first was by Emperor Chin and his Han people from the Yalu Valley (I could be wrong about him being Han). I'm not sure if India was collected by the Aryans and/or Moguls, but I believe the British glued some parts together.

Both are among the earliest civilizations and do have honorable traditions but my comment is a reaction to criticism (as Ms. Bubble Tea notes) against Euro-culture resistance to the new invading hordes of overpopulated cultures. Those are squeezing into the lands of people who stopped doing that a half century ago and prospered from not doing it until overpopulating hordes, this time not European, came again.

Sorry Beau. Nice try but I understand black African emperors sold off the people they conquered, and/or kept them as their people's slaves, to make room in the conquered lan

Update 2:

Sorry Beau. Nice try but I understand black African emperors sold off the people they conquered -- what they didn't keep as their people's slaves -- to make room in the conquered lands for their people. It was only coincidence that Portuguese, Spanish, French, and British colonists needed labor for their tropical colonies. Neither Native Americans nor bonded Irishmen worked out so well on those as Africans did.

Yes, I imagine the black African emperors, and I understand also Arabs, were then encouraged to grab even more for selling to the European colonists. I guess you can at least blame Europeans for that much.

There's no should about this, let it happen naturally. Why must they import more foreigners just to be more multicultural? It doesn't make sense. Don't get me wrong, I'm pro-diversity, what I'm against is forced diversity.

The forced diversity currently practiced by Western countries is harmful as it creates resentment amongst people. People have the right to choose who they want to associate with. If they want to stick with their own kind, it's not admirable but that's their prerogative. The Western implementation of multiculturalism is also one-sided because white people are always expected to make way for minorities and seldom the other way round. It's just an excuse for extreme liberals to practice self-hate.

We Chinese people are friendly and welcome all people to our country. But it's natural to have conflicts if different people are living in one country. We have 56 ethnic groups already and it's impossible to create another country melting different people like the US. Japan is closer to the West, but still it won't be as diverse as the US. Both China and Japan are open, yet not likely to be more diverse in the next 50 years.

No because they didn't colonize Africa for black slaves
