Does anybody make good plastic for KTMs?

My son has gone through more plastic in 6 months on his little KTM 50 sx than I have gone through in my entire life.

I just can't find anyone that makes a rear fender or front fender that doesn't snap in half, I'm about to get a front fender for a KX 60 for that dang bike. I'm guessing it's the shape of the plastic....

i don't know just how spit up the plastics are on your sons bike but I know that when my brother was younger and racing his kx65 many of the dads with kids on these types of bikes would get the plastics such as fenders with splits plastic welded. I guess they were in the same position with broken plastics on a regular basis, so it could be worth while looking into if the plastics just have a nasty split.

I use UFO on my 85 sx and haven't had a problem with them yet.
