How to keep a CD together on ITunes?
Itunes likes to split up CDs that might have different artist, or even cover bands that might credit different artists, or for no good reason at all, and I go around and edit names to be the same, often pasting the name in so it is absolutely identical, but I can't get it to put all the songs from the same album together, even if I call it a compilation album. What's wrong with it?

You could do what Elizabeth said, or you could simply create a separate playlist with songs from the CD. Either one should work.

Highlight and right click on each song, select "get info" click on the "info" tab. At the bottom, check "part of a compliation", then okay.
Manually do this for each song.
You should see them group together as you do each one.
