To be the man you gotta beat the man, right?

So, who passes Ric Flairs mark of 16 recognized world heavyweight titles first.

right now angle, HHH and Sting are the closest and cena racking up title reigns at a ridiculous wwe pace, do one of these guys do it first or someone else? Or does Flair keep this honor for the foreseeable future?
