According to indications the recession is over. For the trans national corporations, or the US worker?

Apple has its goods manufactured in China where they pay the workers $1.50 an hour for a twelve hour day. They sell these slave wages goods in the US for the same price as if they were made in the US by union labor. Apple now has 100 billion dollars of CASH stacked up...and that's only one trans national that's rolling in dough...that's why they manage to buy each other out for billions...in cash. They pay almost no taxes either. Barack wants a jobs program to put Americans to work rebuilding US infrastructure using some of their cash money. The GOP/Tea/Fox/Jesus freak party says no dice. Short of that, how will the American wage earner ever crawl out of this hole? Corporations are fully invested already..production is at 100%....it's just not here. They say they'll 'bring that money home' if they're not taxed. They're not taxed now, so why bother 'coming home'? What the $%^& is wrong here?

Recession has a technical meaning -- it has nothing to do with whether things are going well for most workers.

Lots of things are wrong -- one of them is that law and tax codes have REWARDED companies for moving overseas.

If, as the progressives wanted, the "free trade" agreements had included environmental and unionization protections, we wouldn't be in this situation. Moving overseas wouldn't mean you can spew poison everywhere, and prevent people from demanding a living wage.

Your anger is justified yet lost. Trans national firms are no longer the undertaking. the undertaking is only too plenty accumulation of wealth. This has no longer something to do with the corporate taxes or tax loopholes. The taxes paid, or no longer paid, by the firms are taxes on the sales. In North u . s . a . of america there is too plenty taxation of earnings too little taxation of the wealth. An earnings tax, despite if paid by you or by a company, continues to be a tax on people who artwork for a residing.
