i never said i wasn't boring. however, do you think the chefs are out to get us with?
some of the new recipes? "flat-bread with rosemary and potato? help and icky. chutney & grape & pistachio...really why add grape? blue cheese and pear"...i suppose that that is the most normal. what is wrong with some of the old recipes? that stuff sends me straight to peanut-butter and jelly. what do you think of the newer recipes?
very nice answers i must say and thanks for answering.

Just be aware that you are lucky not to be bored with the same old food recipes as I became while working in nice restaurants. Can you imagine what it's like to get bored with Prime Rib, Shrimp,Lobster and many other high dollar foods. I search out the strange and exotic now just to satisfy my appetite. You know how expensive sushi is? I don't even have good Asian food places where I live. They are just bored with eating what they have been eating and want something new. If you can enjoy the banal, normal cuisine of everyday life then be happy and don't worry about it. My wife is like that. Such is life.

sure, it could be no longer person-friendly to suitable cooking meat in case you will desire to no longer flavor it. yet you will desire to in all probability eyeball whether you had cooked it nicely and in case you had somebody else flavor it for then you definitely you certainly would desire to suitable your technique. Why no longer substitute right into a vegetarian or vegan chef? circulate to San Francisco, la, or long island and there are various veggie eating places that serve gourmand faire.

I personally enjoy reading about and trying new recipes but for the most part I am a Traditionalist when making everyday meals. I often try a new and more exotic recipe because whop knows...I just might like it a LOT! This is also a chance to 'show off' by not feeding people what they usually get served at parties. I always tell the people....unless you know you are allergic, try it, you might like it!

Nothing wrong with them at all. People are more inclined to try new things now, so chefs are willing to get more "exotic" with things that are interesting in texture, taste, and vision. A lot of these things have been made for a long time in their countries of origin, america is just starting to pick up the pace now.
