Innovative product or service that could help a business!!! IDEAS?
My and my friend are entering a competition where we are requested to brainstorm and create/innovate a product or service that would help a business with a particular problem they have so that the work in their business can be done faster, better and at a higher quality. Any ideas??? It would be greatly appreciated. No sarcastic/negative answers wanted!!!

structure command chain to be simplest possible (depending what they do)
get rid of Human Resources
ensure the CEO walks the floor unexpectedly
give workers shares as part of their pay package
eliminate useless paperwork including emails
log all incoming mail calls and queries (usually also the web site hits)
analyse them and have an IT system that alerts if any query hasn't been followed up in a week.
Ensure the foremen are experienced, use them to vet incoming workers, make them responsible for their work teams (see also shares above)
Ensure the CEO walks the floor unexpectedly
Pretty much the earlier Volvo model till they got top heavy...
