why I stunned by somthing in night ,was it dream or other/ mental sickness?
I dream like body of human falls on me from ceiling top and I shout lot( so shocked) also woke up in one time and a month later that a fire ball run towards me i shout like before and woke up ,why this happened, friends/Experts Pl. clarify what is this ,was it dream or otherthing,PL. also advice me get rid of these thing happening later on in my life.

I don't think it is a mental sickness, but most likely is a dream and you woke up in the night. Maybe when you woke up that morning perhaps the dream and you waking up during the night merge together in your head and it feels like it just happened :)
Happened to me but mine was to unrealistic to be true and i doubt there is a body on the ceiling :)
To stop it happening again i advise to watch TV and turn on something not scary or something that won't trigger your imagination before you go to bed :)

it's a nightmare...everybody has them. Next time try not to wake up during the nightmare, if you don't wake up, then you don't remember the dream...you ONLY remember dreams that you wake up in the middle of.
