I can assume that I've gotten a sufficient amount of Vitamin A throughout my life?

Since I have near-perfect vision (20/13 in left eye and 20/15 in right), I must have gotten enough Vitamin A to support my vision over the years, right? It seems like I don't get quite enough every day normally but my eyes aren't suffering.

Vitamin A deficiency usually leads to night blindness and dry skin.
