Just a personal idiosyncracy.
They can increase with growth as you get old - so beware! They act as a filter, keeping dust and dirt out of the nasal passages.
"Nose hair that is growing long enough to protrude out of your nose may not be attractive, but it is also normal. As we become older, nose hairs tend to get a little longer."
