That's not too shabby, though I couldn't help but notice that you have Dimensional Fissures and Macro Cosmos? Those cards literally destroy you, Commandant and Recruiter are useless with them, so straight away you lose access to both Necrovalley, and your Recruiter engine.

On your spells, you don't have Wonder Wand which is a must have for Gravekeeper decks. It's a little expensive, but even running one will massively help.

For your traps, fair enough on both Solemns and CED, I mean CED bumps Dyna back to hand if you need it and CED gets rid of stuff. But I don't think you need BTH as well, nor are Magic Cylinders or Vanity's Emptiness doing you any good. I mean this decks main thing is Royal Tribute and Descendan't effect, which both get your cards in the grave, so Emptiness is a little pointless. Magic Cylinder itself isn't all that great, but I understand you can't get D-Prisons so I suppose it's a reasonable card to be using in lieu of it. I would suggest adding in another Starlight Road as well, having two means you'll draw it more often, and it stops so much it's worth running two of them.

Given that I'm guessing you can't afford some cards, I'd say you've done very well for yourself, and I like the build. So i'd give it an 8 out of ten, just a little confused about a couple of cards in the side deck :P
