Yes.
The spleen is what searches through circulating blood to fight off blood bourne infections.
Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell, which is found in the blood. This means they are found in the spleen.
The spleen is also a secondary lymphoid tissue, so adaptive immune cells [T cells and B cells aka lymphocytes] are also found there.
