How do I send a PDF file easily. A drag and drop? Through Yahoomail? (file to large)?
this is more than a little irritating. Its only 24 pages long with a dozen photos and nothing seems to work. Why is this such a pain in the ***. I just want to send a file along and they keep telling me... its to big. and I can't just cut and paste it because its a pdf. Pisses me off
This is not just one photo. it is a Pamphlet that I have created about my town of residence. I have tried to drag it into an email and because it is in a pdf format I cannot. I says that the file is to large. We are talking 21 photos and 20 pages of text. (photos are small) this is a pocket guide. so neither of the answers that have been posted will work.

1. The first thing to do before you can add an image to a Yahoo email is to upload the image to a web server if it does not already exist on one.
Do a Google search for "free image hosting" and choose one that meets your needs. Here are a few http://www.flickr.com/http://photobucket.com/ http://www.shutterfly.com/ http://www.picturepush.com/
http://www.snapfish.com/ http://photodekho.com/
2.
Make sure to use rich text formatting in Yahoo mail. Otherwise you won't be able to get it
to display properly. Most likely your account is set to use rich text automatically.
When you click on the "Compose" button to start a new message, there is underlined text below the subject box and next to the "Attach files" button.
This just toggles the setting between rich text and plain text. If it says "Plain Text," then it is already set to rich text and clicking on "Plain Text" will toggle it to plain text.
If it says "Rich Text," then click on it to set it to use rich text.
3.
Go to the web page containing the image. Highlight the image with your cursor so that the image is shaded.
Copy and paste it directly into the body of the email where you want the image to be seen. It will display the image itself in the email you are sending.
If it displays only the URL, it didn't work and you should try it again. Make sure to highlight only the image itself and copy and paste it with your keyboard commands.
