Try Jeanette Ingold's The Window, Dana Mau's The Secret Code, and Barry Denenberg's Mirror Mirror on the Wall.
I would also recommend Things Not Seen by Andrew Clements. The blind girl in that story is not the main character, but she has a budding romance with the MC and it's a very good book.

Well it's not written through a blind person's perspective but it's kinda like that it. It's called 'miss spitfire' By Sarah miller. It's about Helen keller's teacher who talks about how she taught a blind and deaf person. I thought it was inspiring

Gifts, by Ursula K. LeGuin. It is told through the MALE'S perspective, but it's romantic. Aurelie by Heather Tomlinson, there are several perspectives, but one of them is a blind girl/woman, and it is VERY VERY VERY romantic.
