Does the New Cold War already started in Syria?

Is it beneficial for Middle East Nations having Nuclear Capabilities just like Israel? Though Cold War is more deserving preference then the NWO.

Update:

Joe

If a bunch of street toughs decided to gang up and beat the crap out of some guy in the neighborhood because they feared he might be planning to buy a gun to protect his family, I think we’d all agree that the police would be right to bust that crew and charge them with conspiracy to commit the crime of assault and battery. If they went forward with their plan and actually did attack the guy, injuring or killing him in the process, we’d also all agree they should all be charged with assault and battery, attempted murder, or even first-degree murder if he died.

In international relations and international law, the same applies. Under the Nuremberg Principles, later incorporated into the United Nations Charter, to which the United States is a signatory, the planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression, which is defined as a war started against another nation that does not pose an imminent threat of attack on the aggressor nation or nations, is the highest of w

this opinion piece seems to leave out a lot of facts, for instance the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty.

every country but israel, pakistan, and india have signed and ratified this treaty. and in israels case their plutonium enrichment predates this treaty by 12 years. these three countries do not have to submit to IAEA oversight and get no help on the civilian side (nuclear power reactors) and cannot violate a treaty they have not signed or ratified. making their weapons programs legal

article 2 makes it illegal for any non nuclear weapon state to obtain nuclear weapons. this treaty is legally binding

    Article II

Each non-nuclear-weapon State Party to the Treaty undertakes not to receive the transfer from any transferor whatsoever of nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices or of control over such weapons or explosive devices directly, or indirectly; not to manufacture or otherwise acquire nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices; and not to seek or receive any assistance in the manufacture of nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.

countries that have signed and ratified the NPT

    http://unhq-appspub-01.un.org/UNODA/TreatyStatus.n...

Opened for signature in 1968, the Treaty entered into force in 1970. On 11 May 1995, the Treaty was extended indefinitely. A total of 190 parties have joined the Treaty. More countries have ratified the NPT than any other arms limitation and disarmament agreement

this treaty recognizes 5 nuclear powers china, france, russia, america, and the uk. these countries all had nuclear weapons when this treaty came into force

north korea acceded from this treaty, which is disputed by the IAEA since the 90 required was not given and played the same games iran is playing with international inspectors. there are 8 un security council resolutions against north koreas nuclear program

every other country signed and ratified this treaty. and made a commitment not to pursue nuclear weapons. under this treaty they get access to nuclear reactor technology such as the russian completed nuclear power plant in bushehr or the chinese built nuclear technology center of isfahan both currently running in iran and not in dispute. what is in dispute in iran are uranium enrichment facilities in qom and natanz, uranium conversion plant in isfahan, and a heavy water reactor in arak
