Will my computer get damaged from having graphics card plugged into motherboard but not power supply?

Just put in a GTX 560 superclocked, it is plugged ino the motherboard now but not the power supply because the power supply now is not powerful enough. I turned on the computer with the monitor plugged into the old graphics card and the fan on the new graphics card turned on, so I turned the computer back off. So if I use my computer this way until I get a power supply, will anything get damaged?

Update:

I know I got a little over excited but this will just last until I gt a new power supply tomorrow
