How to cover up a cold sore on lip?

I have a cold sore on my bottom lip. I work in retail and I dont want anyone to know that I have a coldsore. What can I do to make it unnoticeable?

Update:

I am taking a medicine and putting some on it. It is starting to heal, but I am really self conscious of it. What kind of makeup would make it look like I dont have one?

    Apply foundation and powder to your cold sore and over your entire lip area. Then start from scratch draw in your lips with lip liner and apply lipstick on top. It will significantly reduce the appearance of the cold sore.

    There's tons of medicines you can use to get rid of them, but for short term makeup will work.
